H2O Innovation seeks an experienced Water Filtration Plant Supervisor to manage operations and teams in Central Interior BC (Wells). The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document environmental and safety issues
• Investigate reported safety problems and recommend solutions
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant workers




• Provide maintenance plan information for production goals
• Train staff in safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Level 3 certification in Water & Wastewater Treatment
• Experience with treatment plants and equipment
• Valid Driver’s License mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be capable of on-call and emergency support
