Description
What You’ll Accomplish With Us

Implementing new insured annuity contracts by analyzing and preparing data for loading into administrative systems;

Certifying data loaded into administrative systems and ensuring its accuracy through rigorous validation;

Preparing welcome letters for current clients and performing mail merge activities in Word;

Processing accounting transactions related to annuity implementation, including cash receipts, accounting entries, and sales-related transactions;

Performing actuarial calculations as part of insured annuity administration, including certain termination calculations using administrative systems;

Contributing to the improvement of IT tools and work processes;

Responding to inquiries from clients and business partners.

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role





Has at least 2 years of relevant experience;

Holds a diploma in Financial Services and Insurance, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant education;

Is recognized for their attention to detail and rigor;

Has strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel;

Is able to manage multiple files simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks;

Has strong mathematical abilities;

Has programming knowledge (an asset);

Has knowledge of insured annuities or defined benefit pension plans (an asset).
