Contribute to groundbreaking transportation solutions as an Industrialization Engineer with Alstom in Kingston, ON. Optimize manufacturing processes and ensure alignment with project objectives while collaborating with diverse teams.
In this full-time role, you'll leverage your industrialization and manufacturing expertise to enhance product readiness. Your efforts will focus on deploying processes that ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are met throughout the product lifecycle. Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, driving successful project outcomes across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy signaling industrialization processes for products and projects
• Manage industrial QCD of generic products at project level
• Develop means for manufacturing and testing with EHS considerations
• Participate in Technical Design Reviews to address industrial requirements
• Review technical documents for accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical
• Minimum 6 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• 3-5 years in electrical assembly or signalling experience
• Experience with MBOM/EBOM concepts and electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of CAD tools like CATIA and ERP systems
