How you’ll make an impact
As a Capital Markets Analyst, you’ll support FCC’s funding, investment and hedging activities to help manage liquidity, financial risk and business performance. Working within the Treasury division, you’ll monitor financial markets, provide analytical insights and contribute to pricing, funding and investment decisions.

What you’ll do

Monitor financial markets, interest rate trends and business activity to identify risks, opportunities and impacts to FCC

Develop funding,



investment and hedging strategies that support liquidity, financial performance and risk management objectives

Execute funding, investing and hedging transactions in accordance with established timelines, policies and limits

Prepare transfer rates, maintain Treasury pricing models and support key pricing assumptions

Deliver analysis, reporting and documentation to support strategic, operational and transaction-related decisions

Collaborate with internal partners to support lending, pricing and business decision-making

Contribute to the management of interest rate, liquidity, counterparty and foreign currency risks

Strengthen processes and controls by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and risk management

What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications

A degree in business administration, commerce, finance, accounting or a related field

At least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Strong understanding of capital markets, fixed income products and interest rate fundamentals

Knowledge of risk management principles related to funding, investing, hedging, liquidity and pricing

Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and other financial analysis tools





Ability to analyze market and business information and translate insights into sound recommendations

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills

Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Preferred qualifications

Progress toward or completion of a CFA, CPA, MBA or other relevant designation

Experience in Treasury, capital markets, funding, investing, hedging or liquidity management

Experience with pricing models, transfer pricing or interest rate risk management
