We’re partnering with one of Saskatchewan’s most respected and fastest-growing consumer products companies to find an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist .This is much more than a traditional Accounts Receivable position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer accounts, solving problems, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful contribution to the financial success of a growing organization.

As the business continues to grow across Canada and the United States, you’ll become a trusted member of an experienced Finance team while working closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial customer accounts and play a key role in the organization’s customer-to-cash process. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the complete customer-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and account maintenance.

Building strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional service and resolving account issues professionally.

Investigating and resolving deductions, chargebacks, pricing discrepancies, short payments, credits, and payment disputes.

Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring outstanding balances are resolved accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.





Monitoring aging reports and proactively managing collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiencies within the Accounts Receivable function.

Supporting month-end activities including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.

Assisting with audit requests and maintaining strong internal controls.

Learning and supporting customer deductions, promotional investments, and trade spend activities (training provided).

Contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the company continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

You bring:

5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience in a commercial or business-to-business environment.

Strong experience managing customer accounts, collections, account reconciliations, cash application, and dispute resolution.

Experience working in a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.

Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, agriculture,



food manufacturing, or consumer products would be considered an asset.

Exposure to customer deductions, chargebacks, rebates, promotional accounting, or trade spend is an asset—but certainly not required.

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
