With a newly licensed national medical platform, we are looking for an exceptional
Medical Program Manager
to help launch, operate, and grow Vanquish Medical.

This is not a traditional healthcare administration role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly organized individual who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up and play a key role in the future growth of our medical division.

About the Role
The Medical Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Vanquish Medical and will serve as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare practitioners, fulfillment teams, compliance personnel, and company leadership.

The successful candidate will help create systems, build relationships, improve patient experiences, and contribute directly to the growth of the medical business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and help shape a new division from its early stages.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Patient Registration & Onboarding

Review and approve new patient registrations

Verify patient documentation and medical authorizations

Coordinate prescription transfers

Ensure accurate and compliant patient records

Patient Support & Care

Manage patient inquiries via phone and email

Guide patients through the ordering process

Assist with prescription renewals

Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Medical Program Administration

Maintain patient accounts and authorizations

Track prescription expiry dates

Monitor purchasing limits and compliance requirements

Manage medical program documentation and reporting

Order Management

Review patient orders for eligibility and accuracy





Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse teams

Monitor order processing and shipping performance

Assist with order-related inquiries and resolutions

Clinic & Healthcare Practitioner Relationships

Support relationships with healthcare practitioners and clinics

Coordinate incoming patient referrals

Assist with educational and outreach initiatives

Help expand Vanquish Medical’s referral network

Program Growth & Development

Develop SOPs and internal processes

Support patient retention initiatives

Assist with compassionate care and veteran-focused programs

Identify opportunities to improve operations and patient satisfaction

Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on:

Active patients

New registrations

Prescription renewals

Medical revenue

Average order value

Repeat purchase rates

Patient retention metrics

What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience

Medical cannabis industry experience

Healthcare administration

Pharmacy, clinic, or patient support experience

Customer success or account management experience

Regulatory or compliance experience is an asset

Skills

Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 annually
