WhatYou’llBe Contributing: Process vendor invoices and ensure appropriate supporting documentation is received.
Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Project Controllers, and Project Managers to resolve invoice issues.
Prepare customer invoices, progress billings, and credit memos as required.
Apply customer payments and assist with monitoring outstanding receivables.
Process journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and prepaid expenses.
Maintain project cost records and ensure transactions are coded correctly.
Support Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting by providing accurate accounting information.
Maintain organized electronic documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
What Sets You Apart: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.




Experience in the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
