The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) seeks two Triage Officers to join our regulatory team. These permanent roles focus on assessing, triaging, and supporting early resolution of complaints in line with RECO’s mandate and policies.
Hybrid in-office attendance is expected, with two days per week in the office. Responsibilities include intake review, stakeholder communication, applying decision matrices, and ensuring files are complete, well-documented, and ready for escalation or resolution.
