Graduate of a Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent required.Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required.Additional prescribing authorization as a requirement within 18 months of hire required.

Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Collaborative experience as part of a multi-disciplinary patient care team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hospital experience. Completion of an accredited hospital residency/Pharm D program. Member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists. Familiarity with Connect Care.
