In this role, you will be much more than a recruiter, you will be a true ambassador for the Cora brand. You will build relationships with aspiring entrepreneurs, identify high-potential franchise opportunities, and guide qualified candidates throughout their journey toward franchise ownership.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Franchise Recruitment Director, the Franchise Recruitment Manager plays a key role in supporting the growth of the franchise network by coordinating franchise recruitment activities and executing marketing digital initiatives. This position is responsible for generating leads for the Quebec province and helping the Director of franchise recruitment for all aspects like development materials, coordinating discovery activities, and supporting the development in attracting qualified franchise candidates.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, sales skills and knowledge of digital marketing. In addition, the candidate is available to travel for trade shows, market visits and conventions.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Recruitment
Manage the franchise recruitment process for the Quebec province, from finding leads up to the candidate qualification.
Support the Franchise Recruitment Director in the recruitment process from initial inquiry through candidate qualification.
Respond promptly to franchise inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with prospective franchisees.
Update the franchise lead database (CRM), ensuring information is accurate.
Prepare recruitment presentations and candidate communications.
Track recruitment activities, maintain recruitment metrics, and prepare regular pipeline reports.
Assist the Development team with franchise territory research and candidate evaluations, with a particular focus in Quebec.
Development Tools
Manage digital marketing initiatives designed to attract qualified franchise candidates.
Maintain and update franchise recruitment content across the corporate website, franchise portals, and digital platforms.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media content, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives related to franchise development.
Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and marketing partners to produce recruitment materials.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment statistics for senior management.
Maintain organized electronic and physical recruitment files.
Coordinate contracts, invoices, and vendor communications related to development marketing.
Support special projects related to franchise growth and network expansion.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
French & English, Solid written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate with prospects.
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business development, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, franchise development, or a related role.
Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset are strong assets.
Experience within a franchise organization is considered a strong asset.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and open to new technology to find prospects (AI).
Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is an asset.
Familiarity with social media management and email marketing tools.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
