Reporting to the Manager of Student Leadership Development and First Year Experience, you will design and implement high-impact programs that resonate with diverse student populations. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in instructional design, project management, and student engagement strategies. Join the movement towards enhancing the student lifecycle experience through collaboration and creative program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop leadership programs and workshops for students
• Create online training modules for student leaders
• Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions
• Oversee Peer Mentor Program operations across campuses
• Analyze data to enhance engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3 years of experience in leadership and mentoring programs
• Proven ability to coordinate grassroots initiatives
• Experience with group training and presentations
• Knowledge of Student Development and Involvement Theories
