Join Community Living Cambridge as a Behavioural Therapist on a temporary full time contract. Support individuals with developmental disabilities while employing Applied Behavioural Analysis principles.
This ten-month role requires a motivated therapist to guide staff through behavioural support services. You'll collaborate on developing behavioural support plans, conduct training, and maintain positive relationships with individuals and families. Your support will help enhance the quality of life for those involved in CLC's programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and reviewing behavioural support plans
• Collaborate with managers for staff training and development
• Support positive relationships with families and professionals
• Monitor and evaluate implementation of support plans
• Facilitate specialized workshops on challenging behaviours
Requirements:
• Diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science or related field
• Experience with adults with disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavioural Analysis principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and current Vulnerable Sector check
