Rubicon is on the lookout for an Inventory Specialist to assist in inventory control and reporting at their Delta facility. This position requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy for Biomass, Packaging Materials, and finished goods. Collaborate with various internal teams and third-party logistics for effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inventory reconciliations weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Validate and review inventory transactions for accuracy
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities
• Generate regular inventory reports and reconciliation summaries
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of inventory management or control experience
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced functions
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
