Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Battery sorter is responsible for sorting batteries to the proper destinations, data entry and forklift movements.Shift time: 2 PM to 10 PMKey ResponsibilitiesSorting mixed batteries on a production conveyorTransport raw materials, scrap and recyclable materials throughout plant using a forkliftData entry using Microsoft Excel and GreentraxClean work areas and equipmentPerform other duties as assigned by managementKnowledge,



Skills & CompetenciesCompletion of secondary schoolExperience in a related production line occupation or as a warehouse worker Forklift and/or Overhead crane experience an assetOHSA Rights and Responsibilities, WHMIS trainingPhysical strength is required for manual material handling materialsLong standing, walking and some minimal climbing of ladders and stairsWearing and maintenance of required PPE including respirator maskWe thank you for your interest.
