Arup seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to support our growing team and Integrated Water Management capabilities. This role emphasizes client trust and effective project leadership while addressing the comprehensive water cycle, from treatment to climate adaptation. Your technical expertise will guide various infrastructure and planning projects across Ontario and support team-oriented efforts nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major Integrated Water Management projects
• Provide expert guidance in drainage and flood risk assessments
• Cultivate relationships with clients across Canada’s water sector




• Mentor and develop junior engineers and specialists
• Integrate climate resilience strategies into urban design
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
• P.Eng. certification in Canada
• At least 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in flood modeling and water-sensitive design
• Knowledgeable of Canadian regulatory frameworks and processes
