Aon is looking for a Vice President - Senior Broker (P&C;)
Role Type: Existing vacancy
As a Senior Broker, you will be a key member of the Central Region Commercial Broking team, responsible for delivering tailored risk solutions to mid-market clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute broking strategies that align with client needs and market conditions.
This is a hybrid role based in our Burlington or Toronto office, with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office, in line with Aon’s in‑country smart working policy.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
The salary range for this position is $84,930 - $125,000 CAD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity.
The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What the day will look like
The Broker is responsible for the management of a complex portfolio, including the placement and service, as well as ensuring client deliverables are maintained.
