About Royal York Property Management Royal York Property Management provides residential property-management services to property owners and real estate investors across Canada.
The company supports leasing, rent administration, maintenance coordination, inspections, compliance, owner communication, and ongoing property operations.
As the business expands, we are strengthening our marketing leadership to improve customer acquisition, local-market visibility, public reputation, and growth across additional service areas.
About The Role Royal York Property Management is hiring a Vice President of Marketing Operations to lead the company’s marketing strategy, systems, teams, budgets, and performance.
The role is responsible for building a disciplined marketing operation that can generate qualified property-owner opportunities, support expansion into new markets, strengthen the company’s reputation, and connect marketing activity to signed customers, managed properties, and revenue.

The person hired must be equally comfortable setting executive direction, building processes, managing teams, reviewing performance, and correcting weak execution.

- Improve lead quality, consultation bookings, customer conversion, acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment

- Oversee SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, location pages, citations, backlinks, reviews, and technical website improvements
- Develop repeatable marketing plans for launching and growing new cities and service areas
- Lead content, social media, video, photography, design, copywriting, testimonials, and customer-facing campaigns
- Establish standards for brand messaging, creative quality, public communication, and customer trust
- Build systems for review generation, negative-review response, public complaints, reputation risks, and crisis communication
- Oversee public relations, media coverage, awards, rankings, podcasts, events, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Work with sales, leasing, property operations, maintenance,
customer service, finance, compliance, and executive leadership
- Partner with CRM, analytics, development, website, automation, AI, and technology teams
- Improve landing pages, forms, call tracking, lead routing, follow-up workflows, attribution, and data quality
- Introduce AI and automation where they can improve output, speed, consistency, reporting, or cost efficiency
- Build and manage a team that may include internal employees, offshore staff, freelancers, agencies, creators, and project-based specialists
- Hire, coach, evaluate, and hold marketing team members accountable
- Build executive dashboards covering spend, qualified leads, conversion, acquisition cost, SEO, reviews, reputation, market growth, and revenue contribution
- Identify underperforming campaigns, weak processes, inaccurate reporting, inefficient spending, and team-performance concerns
- Present leadership with transparent findings, risks, recommendations, and resource requirements
