This crucial role within the team requires excellent client interaction skills, providing an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities Handle approximately 180 calls per day.

Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department.

Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems).

Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in standard office software.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.

Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
