Position Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English), you will be at the forefront of NB Powers commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.

This job is a Full-Time permanent position working on-site at the NB Power Call Centre in downtown Fredericton.

The start date for this job is August 24, 2026 Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance Handle and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical issues Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers Document customer interactions,
