This is a physically demanding outdoor position thats perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and doesnt mind working in all weather conditions.

Every day is different, and youll be part of a hardworking team that helps keep the community clean.

Location: Townline Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Position Type: Casual (As Needed) Day Shifts Before You Apply: Please include thecity you currently live inat the top of your application.

Must Live within approximately 40 minutes of Niagara-on-the-Lake. MUST have your own Transportation NOT ON BUS ROUTE What Youll Be Doing: Collect residential garbage, recycling, yard waste, and green bins.

Walk for long periods throughout your shift.

Lift and load bags, bins, and containers weighing5080 lbsrepeatedly.

Complete approximately8001,000 residential stops per day.

Return emptied bins to the curb, upside down, where they were collected.

Work safely alongside your team while providing excellent customer service.

Help ensure waste is properly transported for disposal, recycling, or composting.

What Were Looking For:



Were looking for dependable, hardworking people with experience in garbage collection,garbage loading, waste collection, outdoor work, physical labour, heavy manual labour, or general labour.

Ideal backgrounds include: Garbage Collector / Loader Waste Collection Recycling Collection Construction Demolition Landscaping Roofing Warehouse & Shipping Moving Companies Farming / Agriculture Heavy Manual Labour You should also: Be physically fit and able to lift5080 lbsrepeatedly throughout the day.

Be comfortable walking long distances and completing8001,000 residential stopsevery shift.

Be able to work outdoors inrain, snow, heat, and cold.

Have a robust work ethic and a positive attitude.

Be reliable and punctual and work well as part of a team.

Provide courteous and professional customer service.

WearCSA-approved steel-toe boots.
