What Youll Be Doing: Centre Operations: Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and out Relationship Guru: Be the friendly face everyone loves to see Keep it Running: Maintain a spotless center and a smooth operation Delegate Tasks: Make sure your team is on point and you arent burnt out Flex Your Weekly Schedule: Work 4 weekdays (2 of which would be evenings) and 1 weekend shift Sales: Drive Membership: Work with your team to set goals and fill those class spots Lead the Charge: Dial the phones, send the texts, and turn the leads into Kid

Certification: Achieve Coach Certification through Kid
