Elevate your carpentry and locksmith skills with the City of Regina. We are in search of a talented Locksmith and Journeyperson to ensure the maintenance of facilities across our community.

This position demands extensive locksmith expertise as well as carpentry skills, with a focus on installation and repair of lock systems. You will work on various projects, liaising with internal and external teams while also supervising fellow tradespeople. Your responsibilities will directly impact the safety and functionality of City of Regina buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain various lock types and hardware
• Design master key systems and maintain proper records
• Operate key cutting machines with precision




• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately
• Supervise other tradespeople and subcontractors

Requirements:
• 4000 hours of locksmith experience within 5 years
• Journeyperson Certificate in Carpentry
• Willingness to obtain Locksmith Certification
• Robust knowledge of National Building Codes
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and 1st Aid Certificate
