We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business in SE Calgary (Main Site) and Balzac (satellite site). The successful candidate must have a positive driving abstract and be able to provide as such.

Responsibilities And Duties

Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.

Scheduling.

Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.

Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.

Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.

Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.

Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.

Requirements

Valid Alberta Security Guard License.

College degree or higher qualification.

Must have own vehicle.

Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends as needed.

Minimum of 5 years security experience and minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
