As an Engineering Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, Development Engineering, and play a vital role in managing development projects. With a focus on engineering reviews, inspections, and documentation, your expertise will facilitate compliance with township standards and regulations. This position blends collaboration with technical knowledge to enhance public services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track development engineering projects and agreements
• Maintain accurate records using GIS and Cloudpermit
• Review submissions and lot grading plans for compliance




• Prepare reports and attend relevant meetings
• Conduct inspections of municipal and private infrastructure

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma or degree in civil engineering or related
• 4 years of experience in development engineering
• Knowledge of municipal servicing and construction practices
• Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation is preferred
• Transparent Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Background Check required
