Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Control Officer to support multiple Project Managers and critical technology initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain project plans and reporting, monitor risks and issues, and ensure that project documentation is accurate and up to date.

This role requires robust project coordination experience, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and experience supporting projects involving mainframe or legacy systems .

Key Responsibilities

Support Managers, Project Managers, and project teams in planning, coordinating, communicating, and delivering core project components.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, work plans, schedules, and tracking tools.

Gather updates from multiple stakeholder groups and maintain:

Project budgets

Progress reports

Action-item logs

Risk and issue registers

Status-reporting logs

Prepare management dashboards, executive summaries, and project status reports.

Identify project risks and issues and elevate them to the appropriate Managers or Project Managers.





Coordinate and track project deliverables and supporting documentation.

Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings.

Record and follow up on decisions, action items, risks, and outstanding issues.

Monitor the project document repository and ensure documents are reviewed, maintained, and properly organized.

Support workflow management, including ticket tracking and risk and issue management.

Work with multiple Project Managers across concurrent, business-critical initiatives.

Support projects throughout the software development lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Mandatory Qualifications

7 10 years of project coordination or Project Control Officer experience.

Experience supporting multiple Managers and Project Managers on complex or critical projects.

Experience gathering project updates and maintaining budgets, progress reports, action items, risks, issues, and project documentation.
