In this Role, You Will: Recruit for senior technical roles across AI, Software Engineering, DevOps, Product, and more!
Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to understand business priorities, develop recruitment strategies, and build exceptional technical teams.
Identify highly specialized talent through unique sourcing strategies for critical roles, including AI Engineers,



Machine Learning Engineers, Applied Scientists, LLM Engineers, Data Engineers, and other emerging technology roles.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Leverage recruiting data and market research to influence hiring decisions.
Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen employer brand, improve processes, and support continued organizational growth.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have: 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience hiring AI talent, including AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Generative AI, or LLM-focused professionals.
Deep expertise in proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and modern AI recruiting tools.
Strong understanding of the generative AI technology landscape and the ability to engage technical candidates with credibility.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
