You will define product experiences that simplify complex workflows and closely partner with engineering, science, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the product strategy for the AI-powered platform
• Deeply understand user needs of process, chemical, and manufacturing engineers
• Translate complex engineering workflows into transparent product requirements




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to finalize functional requirements
• Analyze product metrics and user data to drive enhancements

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in product management or process engineering
• Hands-on experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing

• Experience with tech transfer and process scale-up
