Join Scarborough Health Network as a Registered Nurse in the Hemodialysis Unit, providing exceptional care in a vibrant community. This full-time role focuses on nephrology patients with complex needs.

As a key member of our agile team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patients. Your responsibilities will include both assessing and promoting health among patients with multiple co-morbidities. You will actively collaborate in a Team Nursing model, rotating through various Hemodialysis Units and satellite locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent patient care in hemodialysis settings
• Assess and evaluate patient health status regularly
• Collaborate with RNs and RPNs in Team Nursing




• Implement health promotion and teaching strategies
• Rotate through various units and satellite locations

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Completion of Nephrology 1 and 2 certification
• Minimum one year of hemodialysis experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to SHN's safety programs and ethical practices
