We are seeking an Infrastructure Services Lead to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
As the Infrastructure Services Lead you will lead a talented team while being a hands-on technical expert across servers, networks, backup, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring secure, secure, and high-performing infrastructure,



working closely with cross-functional teams and end users to resolve issues that impact business operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who enjoys balancing people leadership (20%) with technical expertise, and who is passionate about continuously improving infrastructure by exploring and implementing emerging technologies.
Hybrid Work Model This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
