As the Manager of Accounting, you will oversee a diverse range of residential, commercial, and retail property assets. Your responsibilities include managing financial reporting, compliance, and mentorship for your team. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual ready to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project asset financial operations and transaction reviews
• Prepare variance analyses and communicate results to management
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and reliable information




• Manage and implement IT and financial reporting systems
• Lead and train accounting team members

Requirements:
• CPA preferred; 3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong financial statement preparation and month-end close knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards an asset
• Understanding of joint business arrangements
• Process-oriented with a talent for workflow documentation
