A DAY IN THE LIFE Building relationships with clients is the most important and rewarding responsibility you will have as a Home Instead Caregiver, Care Professional .

You will do this by assisting with a variety of home care services, such as: Companionship and conversation Advocating for their needs Light housekeeping and meal preparation Reminding clients about medications and appointments Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting,



and incontinence care Providing person-centered care for clients with Alzheimers and Dementia ESSENTIALS Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to transport clients to appointments and run errands Must be willing to work in all service locations, and in various settings such as a clients home, care facilities, hospitals, etc.
