Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business units.

What You''ll Be Doing Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Payroll Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting Prepare and file GST/HST returns Complete account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records Support budgeting, forecasting,



and cash flow management Assist with inventory accounting and fixed asset tracking Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Process biweekly payroll What We''re Looking For 2-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized organization Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Retail or multi-location business experience is considered an asset Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently What''s in It for You?
