What You''ll Be Doing Lead the company''s demand planning and forecasting process.

Drive S&OP; and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production.

Translate demand into purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory plans across multiple locations.

Lead the Procurement and Order Entry teams.

Optimize inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and service performance.

Own the planning function within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.





What We''re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Planning.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Strong ERP/MRP planning experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, Net

Suite, Dynamics, etc.).

Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.

Experience leading cross-functional planning initiatives.

Purchasing and supplier management experience is considered a strong asset.

Leadership experience is preferred.
