Our energy and resources client is seeking an Intermediate

Project Coordinator (5+ years) to coordinate material management activities using SAP and Bill of Materials (BOM) - Join a project coordination team supporting material management activities within oil and gas, pipeline, and power projects.

This role focuses on end-to-end coordination of project materials, including requisitioning, logistics, expediting, inventory coordination, and SAP purchasing activities to support project timelines.

The position works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Fabrication, and Construction stakeholders to ensure materials are delivered on time and to the correct location.

Contract, Calgary, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 5+ years in material management , project coordination , buying , or logistics within project environments Oil and gas , pipeline , or power industry project experience SAP requisitioning and receiving experience including Material Master and Goods Receipts Bill of Materials (BOM) , technical drawings ,



and pipeline and facilities construction materials coordination Post-secondary education in a related field Nice to Have Experience with piping materials, valves, and fittings Experience reading engineered design drawings and Bills of Materials Advanced SAP user experience Microsoft Office Suite experience Responsibilities Develop material order schedules using supply chain lead time estimates and project schedules Review technical drawings and Bills of Materials with Project Engineering teams Coordinate design deliverables for Requests for Quotations and material awards Create SAP purchase requisitions and material reservations based on project Bills of Materials Monitor material expediting activities for critical components and deliveries Update Material Status Reports with material quantities, timelines, and locations Coordinate material receipt, release, and Goods Receipts activities across warehouses, fabricators, and project sites
