Position Summary Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while supporting the kitchen team with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Sort, organize, and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, kitchen, and storage areas.

Remove garbage and recycling, clean waste containers, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory requires replenishment.

Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow during service periods.





Sweep and mop floors, clean work surfaces, and perform general cleaning duties as required.

Support the kitchen team with additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar food service role is an asset.

Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
