Active Course Schedule: Mardi | Tuesday 14:30-17:30 - - Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in business or engineering required, Master''s in management or engineering preferred, PhD an asset, solid industry track record in professional and managerial role(s) related to management of human resources including HR strategy, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, corporate culture, workforce reduction.
Experience as a senior HR executive or higher ranking role in engineering management in a technical/technological firm is strongly preferred.
Experience in post-secondary teaching and/or professional development instruction preferred.
Qualified candidates should have an MBA or equivalent Master''s level degree and bring several years professional experience at a senior level in a technology workplace.
Additional Information and/or Comments: An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
