We''re looking for a Release Engineer with strong platform engineering experience to support a large-scale RHEL modernization initiative.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in RHEL9, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

What you''ll do Support migration of applications and services from RHEL7 to RHEL9 Build, manage, and troubleshoot RPM packages and resolve dependency issues Modernize container platforms using Podman, Kubernetes, Rancher, and RHEL Universal Base Images Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and Python Perform vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and infrastructure automation with Ansible What you bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux,



including RHEL9 Robust Linux administration and platform engineering experience Experience with Python, Groovy, Jenkins, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Rancher Knowledge of Make, CMake, GCC build systems, and Ansible Experience with OS modernization, CI/CD automation, and security remediation Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills Nice to have Experience with enterprise infrastructure modernization projects Knowledge of secure software supply chain practices Experience working in client-facing environments Work setup Location: Calgary, AB Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week Contract: 6+ months Face-to-face interview required
