Position Summary

We are seeking multiple Security Guards to join our team for our new site at Mica Dam. This role is critical to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties, directly supporting our commitment to top-tier security services.

Requirements

Schedule

- Monday to Sunday

- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and compliance.

- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.

- Provide first aid and CPR when required.

- Write clear, detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.

- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

- Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor and report suspicious activity.

- Assist in conflict resolution and help maintain order.

Qualifications

- Must have access to a reliable vehicle.





- Must be willing to travel to the site (travel time is paid — 3 hours in addition to shift times).

- Valid BST (Basic Security Training) License.

- Comfortable with extended periods of walking/standing (12 hours).

- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related role.

- Strong knowledge of security or law enforcement procedures.

- Excellent conflict management and communication skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.

- Strong observational and reporting skills.
