Steps away from the main public transit stationWhat we offer:Highly competitive compensation package which includes base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities!*Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employmentThe Opportunity:The Third Party Residential Underwriting Division, as a Division of First National Financial provides underwriting expertise and services on behalf of other financial institutions to the Canadian Mortgage Broker channel.Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Third Party Residential Underwriting - BMBE, the Manager manages a team of Mortgage Underwriters, Associate Mortgage Underwriters, and Mortgage Funders in meeting the goals of the Third Party Residential Underwriting Division. Under their guidance and leadership, the team is responsible for the assessment of mortgage applications in making lending decisions in adherence with the established mortgage underwriting policies and guidelines. The team also has responsibility for reviewing required documentation for accuracy and completion and for closing and advancing funds on approved mortgage applications while maintaining a consistent focus on service excellence.How you will contribute:Establishes and maintains positive relationships with mortgage brokers to build loyalty to the CompanyMaintains positive relationships with external partners such as mortgage insurers, appraisers, title insurance companies,
