The Opportunity The Leader, Marketing &Communicationsis; responsible fordeveloping and executing integrated marketing and external awareness strategies that strengthen Technical Safety BC''s brand, increase engagement with the safety system, and support organizational priorities.

Status: Casual, Full-Time, Excluded (14 months) Number of Positions: 1 Pay Grade: Grade 19, ($98,500 - $147,800) Location: Vancouver Reports to: Director, Marketing, Client Enablement & Value Realization As a Leader, Marketing, you will support: Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership Clearlyidentifyand articulate the Technical Safety BC brand and value proposition.
Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies supporting organizational priorities, regulatory initiatives,productsand services.
Oversee annual marketing planning and alignment of campaigns,resources,and investments.
Establish audience segmentation,targeting,and positioning strategies.
Apply market research,analytics,and audience insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints.
Provide strategic marketing advice and consultation to leaders across the organization.
Marketing Channel & Campaign Management Lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, web, social,partnerand event channels.
Develop channel strategies that maximize audience engagement.
Manage paidadvertisingand content distribution activities.
Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators.
Manage agencies,consultants,and vendors.
Report on ROI, campaigneffectiveness,and engagement trends.
External Communications Lead external awareness and engagement strategies.
Develop compelling stories that promote public awareness, organizationalprioritiesand measurable outcomes.
Overseethestrategyand delivery of corporate publications and events including the State of Safety, Annual Report,Three-Year
Business Planand Core Connections.
Overseeexternalcampaigns,reportsand awareness programs.
Translate complex technical and regulatory information into accessible communications.
Ensure consistency of messaging across channels and campaigns.
Manage organizational storytelling initiatives.
Marketing Technology Leadership Own administration,optimization,and governance of Hub
Spot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Lead Hub
Spot integration across marketing, digital and business processes.
Lead client lifecycle marketing strategies and automated engagement journeys.
Establish audience segmentation models and engagement frameworks.
Partner withthe
Data Science and Business Intelligenceteam tocontinuouslyimprove reporting and analytics.
Ensure CRM governance, dataquality,and CASL compliance.
Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and automation opportunities.
People & Team Leadership Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation,accountabilityand continuous improvement.
Establish priorities,allocateresourcesand provide the leadership, tools and support required for individuals and teamsto achieve departmental and organizationalobjectives.
Build, develop and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, coaching, development, performancemanagementand succession planning.
Hold employees accountable for results by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, recognizingachievementand addressing performance concernsin a timely manner.
Develop and manage operating budgets, workforceplansand marketing investments.
Interpret and apply the Collective Agreement and manage employee relations mattersin accordance withorganizational policies and practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience you have: Degree in Marketing, Communications,Business
Administrationor related discipline. 710 years of progressively responsible experience including leadership experience.
Demonstrated Hub
Spot CRM and Marketing Hubexpertiseincluding automation,segmentationand reporting.
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience developing client lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategies.
Robust understanding of CRM management, marketingautomationand analytics.
Experience supporting organizational storytelling, executive thoughtleadershipand stakeholder communications.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Exceptional written,verbaland presentation skills.
Strong leadership,coachingand team development capabilities.
Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
Understanding ofregulated industries is an asset.
