The Drive Ahead Set and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with company goals Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to maximize performance Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to refine tactics Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling,
