This position offers direct involvement in a major transformation program enhancing the quality of client-facing insurance contracts.

Candidates will work in a structured, detail-driven environment supporting critical compliance and brand consistency efforts.

Must Haves 3+ years in document management , administration , or similar accuracy-driven environments Advanced use of Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting,



and PDF editing tools Robust precision and attention to detail handling large volumes of standardized documents High proficiency in written English and grammar with capability for proofreading and copy editing Post-secondary education in business, administration, or related discipline Nice to Have Experience with document automation or transformation platforms Ability to collaborate with technical teams on process improvements Familiarity with insurance or regulated documentation environments Analytical ability to identify trends or patterns in document errors Responsibilities Review documents processed by automated search-and-replace tools Validate accuracy and completeness of required updates Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, or missing changes Perform manual updates such as wording or entity replacements Track and report progress using Excel or similar tools Ensure final document quality prior to storage Work efficiently through a high volume of repetitive tasks
