What you’ll do Lead and manage daily operations of the Sudbury Mitsubishi dealership, ensuring all departments are aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement.
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets and monitor performance against these goals.
Oversee the finance and insurance (F&I;) department to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge about products and services.
Prepare and present detailed reports on business performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership is stocked with the right vehicles and parts to meet customer demand.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, finance, and insurance operations.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
