Brad Sproxton Insurance Agency Inc., a proudly local Desjardins Insurance Agency, is seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Business Development Manager (Commercial & Life Insurance) to help drive the next stage of our growth. This is not a traditional insurance office role. We are looking for someone who enjoys networking, developing referral partnerships, meeting business owners, and creating new opportunities. Your primary focus will be growing our commercial and life insurance portfolios, while identifying additional opportunities for personal insurance solutions.

What You Will Do Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
Build relationships with business owners, professionals, and strategic referral partners
Generate and develop commercial insurance and life insurance opportunities
Represent the agency at networking events, business functions, and community activities




Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
Collaborate with our service team to deliver exceptional client experiences
Identify opportunities for home, auto, and other personal insurance products

Insurance licensing is an asset but not required
We will sponsor and pay for the required licensing and training for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits Competitive $60,000 base salary
