We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager with robust analytical skills to support decision-making across various levels. The successful candidate will ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting while preparing timely monthly P&L; statements. You will work closely with Human Resources to maintain accurate payroll and headcount data, providing insights into any inefficiencies impacting finance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete consolidated budgets and monthly forecasts
• Analyze financial results versus forecasts and budgets




• Publish monthly P&L; reports for all CSM levels
• Review financial processes in BAAN and AX during month-end closes
• Investigate and report on significant cost changes

Requirements:
• 5 years of financial analysis or managerial experience
• Experience with BaaN is highly recommended
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential data
