Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial contracts for compliance
• Advise on legal risks and contract statuses

Requirements:
• Law degree and member of Ontario Bar Association
• 3 to 5 years in-house legal experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience ensuring confidentiality
