IT International Telecom Inc. in Pointe-Claire, QC is seeking a Legal Counsel to support contracting and commercial matters for submarine cable projects worldwide.
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, identify risks and ensure compliance with scope of work. The ideal candidate holds a law degree, is licensed to practice in Canada or the US, and has 2–3 years of drafting or negotiating experience, with robust English and French communication skills and proficiency in Office 365,
