What you’ll do Develop and implement sales strategies to meet partner marketing objectives and increase media investment.
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives at agencies and client organizations.
Manage, train, and motivate a sales team while fostering an inclusive culture.
Track and communicate quantitative business metrics and performance trends to senior leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales operations teams.
Utilize AI tools to improve meeting preparation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in media, digital, or advertising sales.




3+ years of management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Established network and deep understanding of the Canadian Beauty advertising market.
Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Sales Lift studies, and omni-channel incrementality.
Knowledge of brand and performance advertising, including Search, Shopping, Display, Social, Retail Media Networks, and Connected TV (CTV).
Ability to influence measurement frameworks and align stakeholders on unified data strategies.
Bachelor degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Skills & tools Proficiency in performance data, measurement landscapes, and strategic planning.
Ability to synthesize customer feedback for product and engineering teams.
Familiarity with AI-led workflows to drive scale and efficiency.
Practical notes This role requires in-office attendance 2 days per week for collaboration.
