As a Senior Civil Engineer reporting to the Civil/Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will oversee major civil projects and interventions across Boralex’s renewable energy assets. Collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams, you will conduct asset inspections and ensure technical integrity while defining sustainable practices for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage civil rehabilitation projects from inception to completion
• Support Operations with corrective interventions and analyses
• Conduct technical inspections on civil and structural assets




• Coordinate with stakeholders for project management and RFP preparation
• Enhance maintenance standards in line with best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; member of OIQ
• 8 years’ experience in civil/structural rehabilitation
• Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written
• Solid project management and coordination capabilities
• Willing to travel frequently across Canada and the U.S.
