Englobe is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our Toronto-based team. This role focuses on administering and improving compensation, advantages, job architecture, and HR analytics programs to deliver accurate data and actionable insights.
The successful candidate will support salary reviews, market pricing, and equity analyses, while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to drive fair, compliant total rewards programs and effective decision-making.
